Pricing and Insurance Information

All of our sessions are approximately one hour, unless you specifically request a shorter visit. Initial evaluations last 75-90 minutes and include a full assessment of your needs and initial treatment recommendations.

We are participating providers for Medicare part B and will process your claim for you.

  • Medicare generally covers 80% of your services and if you have a supplemental insurance, they will usually cover all- or a portion of the remaining 20%.

  • We will verify your benefits prior to beginning therapy so that you are aware of the costs associated with your treatment.

We are not in-network with any other insurances- but you can usually be reimbursed by them at an out-of-network rate. This varies by insurance, and depends on your deductible, but some companies reimburse in full and others may provide only a partial payment. We will work with you to come up with the best plan to help you get reimbursement:

  • We will help you find out the status of your deductible and copayments

  • We will help you find out what your out-of-network benefits are

  • We will provide clear pricing up front so that you know your potential costs

  • Payment will be due at each session, or on a weekly schedule

  • We will provide you with a superbill with all necessary information for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement

  • You will be responsible for submitting the superbill and will be reimbursed directly by the insurance company

We accept your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) as payment!
